Did you know? A group of squids 🦑is called a ‘squad’! (Or a shoal or school, but I definitely prefer a squad) But with squids, especially an entire squad, things can get a bit messy, perhaps they’ll even splat some ink? (。•̀ᴗ-)✧

Hi everyone (。・∀・)ノ
We’re almost done with September!!! (Won’t be long until Reading Week arrives, we’ll get there (ง`▾`)ง ) And so, September’s last workshop is happening this Friday, Sept. 24, from 5 – 7 PM EST. Catch us in the🔉 workshop channel of our Discord server! (link here —>>>> https://discord.gg/7XU3WHq2Ht ) Drop by whenever during those two hours and stay as long as you like. This week, we’re featuring Splatoon Squids!
We have 4 beginner-friendly Splatoon squid models lined up! You could make your own little, colourful squad of squids! くコ:彡 くコ:彡 くコ:彡
Paper requirements: 15x15cm (6×6 in.) square 🟧paper would be perfect. To match the colour scheme of the Splatoon Inklings/squid, we recommend solid, neon-coloured paper, but your squid will fare equally as well, otherwise. (Or it might completely disappear from sight the moment that you take your eyes off it, who knows ¯\_( ツ)_/¯ )
Extra materials: Have your favourite marker or sharpie on hand to draw in the eyes
Waiting for Friday,
