1. Outstanding Hobby Club Award

F.O.L.D has been given the Outstanding Hobby Club Award by UTSU for the year 2009-10. On behalf of the exec team, I would like to thank you for all your support in the last 6 months – we couldn’t have done it without you!

2. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Workshop

To raise environmental awareness, F.O.L.D. is inviting you to a workshop on how to reuse printed notes, newspapers, and even junk mails for origami! Be sure to mark the following date and time in your calender.

Friday, March 26th       SS 1078    4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Instructions and paper will be supplied. Since this will be our last workshop of the year, there will be FREE pizzas and drinks for everyone attending =) Please reserve before Wednesday, March 24th by email so we can plan the event accordingly.

3. Election

F.O.L.D. is seeking motivated members to join the exec team for the upcoming academic year! Available positions and application form will be made available here on Monday, March 15th. No speech is required. Voting will be taking place in the morning of Wednesday, March 31st at Sidney Smith Lobby.
