Trash Can Workshop! UofT x Global Kitchen

Midterm season is just wrapping up, so chances are you probably filled up pages and pages of paper with scrap work. You should recycle all of that paperโ™ป, but maybe your recycling bin is too far away or maybe it’s already overflowing. Whatever the case, come join us and Global Kitchen and we’ll show you how to turn that trash paper into trash cans!๐Ÿšฎ

The workshop will NOT be hosted on our Discord this time! Instead, we’ll be teaching you step by step through Zoom!

  • ๐ŸšฎTrash Can๐Ÿฅซ
    • Difficulty: Beginner โœ…
    • ๐Ÿ“œ Paper Requirements:
      • Shape: Square ๐ŸŸฆ
      • ๐Ÿ“Size of Paper (recommended): at least 15x15cm (6in) but the bigger the sheet of the paper the more the trash can will be able to hold
      • ๐Ÿ”ขNumber of sheets needed: 2 sheets, same size
    • Note: You can always make a square from a rectangle, so if you have letter-sized scrap paper that you want to transform into a trash bin, you can make it square-shaped by following this 1 minute video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YB_UiOOO2JU&ab_channel=KristenEwing

It is Trash Can, not Trash Cannot.๐Ÿ’ช
