Sciences Rendezvous 2013 which took place yesterday May 11, 2013 was a success!! The executives along with the awesome volunteers were able to teach many kids about the geometric mathematics behind the art of origami through folding origami models like cranes, roses, and kusudamas etc. We therefore thank everyone who had came out to Sciences Rendezvous yesterday and participated on behalf of F.O.L.D.!! We could not have done it without you guys!! xD

As a side note, please keep a lookout for the deadline to submit volunteer registration for the Relay for Life event which will happen on June 14th, SickKids Hospital volunteering, and a potential Baycrest origami partnership. On top of all that, we are also planning a potential June F.O.L.D. workshop which will happen on our campus. If you have further questions regarding each of our volunteering opportunities or workshops, please don’t hesitate to contact us at ut.fold@gmail.com.
